Failure to plan is planning to pay too much in taxes

Information we need for your 2024 Tax Plan:
- Year-to-date income and deductions, that is, most recent paystub, year-to-date profit and loss statements, investments activities etc.
- Projected income and deductions to year end.
- 2024 tax payments made this year.
- Any major changes you had this year.
- 2022 & 2023 tax returns if we did not prepare those returns.
Tax Saving Opportunities Meeting
After your 2024 estimate is prepared, we meet virtually to:
- Review your 2024 Tax Summary prepared by us for you
- Discuss tax saving strategies to reduce your tax balance.
- Evaluate "What-if" scenarios so you see the effects of alternative choices.
- You choose your path of action that best align with your goals.
Pay final estimated tax due by January 15, 2025
Any outstanding taxes due after tax minimization strategies will need to be paid in as a final quarterly 2024 tax estimated payment.
